      Pros

      The pay is fair and that’s the only advantage as a center director no chance to reach incentives!

      Cons

      Scheduling done by the company. Very little time to do any administrative work or try to improve the center. Center Mecical Director to sign paperwork only!

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
