      Pros

      Good place to learn if you are just starting out in the medical field.

      Cons

      Not a fun place to work. High pressure, leadership is always on your back. Management didn't care about patients or employees, just the bottom line.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
