Not at all satisfied with work environment or management - Front Desk Specialist Concentra Employee Review

Management micro-manages every aspect of your job. You are treated like a dog and yelled at in front of patients. Computer system is an absolute joke and barely works. You have to work 5 times harder than you should because of the archaic computer system. They will schedule you 9-10 days in a row every week..don't expect to have a home life working here. Unless you absolutely love working 50-55 hours/week and being treated like an slave, you WILL be miserable.
