      Pros

      The corporation is very structured overall; however, if you are a center that lies outside of the metropolitan area then there there is an opportunity that the tools that are essential to succeed will be overlooked.

      Disorganization of processes within the organization. Standard continues to change.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
