      Pros

      large company strong financials Good place to start after college to gain experience

      Cons

      Poor leadership at the top. Employees are poorly trained and are not informed of major changes to policy and procedure. Management is reactive not proactive which i found to be inefficient and frustrating. Pay is low therefore the company does not retain true talent for long. turn over is big.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
