      Pros

      Good benefits and hours. If management liked you it was great, if they did not, you were always on pins & needles having to watch your back

      Cons

      Low pay for the industry. Very few people move up. Colleagues always try to bring each other down so you always have to justify yourself

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
