Ask any Concentra employee what they like about working for Concentra and they will tell you "It's the people". There is a real family atmosphere throughout the organization and a sense that the leaders of the organization care about the well being of their employees. "The Concentra Way" is the core of the company culture which creates an environment of trust, support, and community.
