      Pros

      Company is always evolving and changing for the better; great people and culture; opportunity to work on high-level projects and access to senior leaders.

      Cons

      No formalized training or even orientation program - you're really on your own to figure things out; low pay.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
