      Pros

      Work life balance Company that cares for their employees Great room for growth Being able to help people with their medical needs

      Cons

      Only major holidays employees are off work (sick people don't take days off). Training can take a bit, be patient... It's worth it!

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
