      Pros

      Engaging and encouraging leadership throughout the company. Concentra is excellent at providing the tools every colleague need for success. Active critique and suggestions are encouraged from colleagues to improve upon daily tasks and processes giving ownership to those who perform them. Great work/home balance provides ample time to develop as an employee as well as spend time with family

      Cons

      Room for growth is limited but available to those who work for it

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
