      Pros

      Excellent benefits, PTO & pay during bad weather. Leadership genuinely cares for their employees.

      Cons

      No 'climbable' ladder. You might enter the company with hopes of promotion and bigger challenges, but the reality I've experienced is finding yourself dumbfounded with how difficult it is to just make an extra $2.00/hr. It's not uncommon here to find coordinators more qualified than management. Look elsewhere if you think you can actually make a difference.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
