Over 300 clinics nationwide gives employees great latitude if relocating. Many opportunities for advancement within the company. Concentra is a market leader in its niche of occupational healthcare, providing above average job stability.
Cons
Very demanding work environment for both administrators and staff at the clinic level. Staffing levels are sometimes unrealistic and not conducive to good customer service. Constant shifts in focus and strategy by corporate forces clinics to keep adjusting to changes instead of simply providing competent and compassionate care to patients. Severe disconnect between senior management and front line clinical staff.
