      Your income is dependent on economy. You depend on businesses using concentra's services. Long Ramp up period. Build a book of business from scratch. Only keep accounts for 12 months. Then they go to Account Manager

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
