      Pros

      Generally good place to work. Staff is friendly. Hours and pay reasonable.

      Cons

      Management support could be better. Training is not adequate. Left to your own devices after minimal traiing.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
