      Pros

      Opportunity to learn the ins and outs of occupational med/urgent care.

      Cons

      Constant changes from above without time to let any of them work. Not enough support for what is needed.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
