Toxic Environment - Associate Director of Operations Concentra Employee Review

Leadership made it very hard to reprimand employees. The working environment was toxic because leadership was more interested in making a dollar than making sure their employees were happy. Too many patients for the number of support staff and providers that we had which makes for disgruntled patients and long wait times. Some of the leaders I worked with that you’re supposed to able to trust, were two-faced and very untrustworthy worthy. This makes it hard to have a confidential discussion with them.
