      Pros

      My coworkers are what kept me with the company for so long, we all had each others back through everything.

      Cons

      Very "corporate". If they don't like you they will find a way to legally get you out of the company. Managers don't know a thing about medical or want to try to know.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
