      Coworkers where some of best I have had in career

      Cons

      Company says they care and support staff but only when they meet goals and they do little to support improving things at ground level to meet those goals...upper management is a multi layered onion

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
