      Change in senior leadership and driving the company in the right direction. Great people to work with every day. Solutions oriented team who have fun but work hard to make the difference for our patients. LOVE LOVE Concentra.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
