Pros
The clinics are closed on weekend and there is no on call hours. Some of the co-workers that you meet. I also worked with a advanced level manager that that was able to help me build my clinical skills.
Cons
Most of the clinic managers and above only focus is hitting their numbers so that they can make bonus. They have some manager and directors that are just medical assistant with no experience or college background and it shows in their management style. The structure is a joke and the place is a revolving door. Most experienced people don't last at the company as they find better employment opportunities and leave. Everytime you go to a clinic there are new employees, doctors, and managers.
