      There are some exceptionally intelligent, and wonderful people employed there

      Management doesn't value honest input from all employees and choose to turn a blind eye to obvious management problems

      Pros

      Heath benefits are amazing and matching 401k Never an issue taking vacation. Tuition reimbursement for free the first 2 years of employment. Being able to obtain my Masters Degree has been attainable because of Conning.

      Cons: If there are any, I have approachable managers ready to guide and lead.
