      Pros

      Enjoy working for Conning. Inclusive culture. Health benefits are far better than any other company I have worked for. Bonus structure is fair. Work life balance has never been an issue. Very good about PTO and even offer volunteer days.

      Pros

      Heath benefits are amazing and matching 401k Never an issue taking vacation. Tuition reimbursement for free the first 2 years of employment. Being able to obtain my Masters Degree has been attainable because of Conning.

      Cons: If there are any, I have approachable managers ready to guide and lead.
