Pros
A great place to work. Great support from corporate office, senior management, and company executives. Company did not lack on communication at all! Treated their employees with respect and acknowledged them when needed.
Cons
It is a gas station- you have to have the right personality to work at a gas station. There are certain people who can do it, and others who try and fail. Company sold 72 retail stores to horrible "mom and pop" company in Denver called PCF Saleco, LLC. Stores are now being run into the ground and not maintaining the ConocoPhillips name. Maintenanace issues at stores. Employee issues at stores. No loss prevention in place. No raises in years for managers. No raises for employees past 90 days. No bonuses.
