Pros

Great severance package, great outplacement.

Cons

Be aware that when your supervisor puts your name in for promotion that he/she might come back with a pink slip. From what I've seen its better to spend time on Facebook or chewing out peers than to perform. In fact, if you've had exceptionally poor performance, it takes 6 - 12 months for you to get fired. If you're a great performer, they just lay you off and call it a reduction in force.

Work Culture is great. No micro management.

Cons

No significant drawbacks come to mind; I found it challenging to socialize or communicate with my colleagues due to the cabin-like environment.
