Pros
A lot of people who don’t know what they are doing. A lot of managers who protect their jobs at the expense of the worker bees. Fake it till you make it is the motto. Their idea of diversity is to promote white females, have a look at the management head shots, there is definitely a glass box for black workers.
Cons
No cons working here if you like nepotism, butt licking and white washing.
