      Hard to find advanced opportunities once past early career. Organization has flattened considerably, that, while good for overall financial health and costs, can be limiting for mid to late career employees.

      The culture is incredible, everyone is very kind and willing to help with questions. Interns get to work on real, valuable projects over the summer. Lots of fun events.
