      Promotion cycle is slow and you may be operating far outside your job description before recognition. A lot of older white men in leadership.

      Some great coworkers who I miss greatly!

      Cons

      Leadership at all levels was a complete mess, especially director and above. Provided no support. Lied to avoid accountability. The hardest working and most engaged employees were taken advantage of and then discarded.
