Pros
The company really wants to hear from employees. We have feedback session in which employees rate management, and action is taken based on suggestions. The company also allows fun time, from Wii tournaments, to an internal NCAA Bracket competition during March Madness. Also travel opportunities are available to almost all position. If you are flexible, and willing to travel overseas,( short assignments for 90 days to 2 years) then this is a great place if you seek rapid advancement.
Cons
The company is still very lean in some departments, so you may start of slow, but over time have a lot of responsibility.
