It's almost like you're a machine who's expected to work whenever you're being asked, weekends included. -the hiring process is very selective but the pay is much below industry average. -expect to work additional hours, 50-60 hour weeks aren't rare. -management level people are very detached. -lays people off easily. -a lot of favoritism plays into who gets on what project.
