      Free food, easy interview, decent pay

      Cons

      No one except managers are Guaranteed hours. If the store isn’t making what they deem acceptable they will cut hourly employees hours. All they care about is keeping labor low, and will fire the managers if they dont make enemies of their employees they will let you go as well.

      Cool employees, fun environment, growth opportunities

      Cons

      Communication, leaders having romantic relationships with the girls in the company and making you quit whenever one of the new “pretty” girls want a position. Communication is terrible. Very bias, and if you are owed a bonus, forget it they’ll never pay you.
