Pros
Working at Copart I feel like I am part of a family. It's a truly friendly atmosphere, and there are great opportunities for advancement. There is a great innovations program, and all employees are encouraged to submit their ideas for consideration, many of which are acted on and implemented. Compensation also seems to be above average.
Cons
The only negative comment that I have is lack of paid time off. You have to accumulate vacation hours over the first 12 months of employment, so that can be a challenge.
