11yThanks for your post. Contrary to your statement, we make great effort to make sure our employees are treated like people NOT numbers, and we are proud of the teams we have in our facilities. We have set high expectations and standards for our employees when it comes to ethics and acceptable business practices and admittedly have strict rules over the acceptance of gifts and tips.
We have grown rapidly over the past many years thanks, in part, to the diversity of our workers--not in spite of it. Overall, our high expectations have created an unmatched auction experience for our buyers and sellers and our growth has provided our high-performing employees with great career opportunities and options.
