I was particularly interested in your comment about our benefits program being lower than others--we regularly benchmark our plans against other employers and find that we offer a strong package, with four different medical plans, two dental plans, vision, life, stock purchase, and other great benefits, and that our coverage levels tend to outperform the market's offering.
