      Fast-paced environment with pretty much hands-off management. Allowed you great flexibility in how you get the project done.

      Cons

      Management does not often share changes in company direction and initiatives that would help you orient yourself to the future.

      Pros

      Learned a great deal about laboratory analysis and equipment. Health insurance was adequate.

      Cons

      Pay was far below what analysts at the competition were making. Raises were far and few, overtime was encouraged instead. Incentive to stay was low.
