      The team I worked with was extremely supportive and always willing to help when needed. The atmosphere was very collaborative, and I felt like my contributions mattered.

      Pros

      Learned a great deal about laboratory analysis and equipment. Health insurance was adequate.

      Cons

      Pay was far below what analysts at the competition were making. Raises were far and few, overtime was encouraged instead. Incentive to stay was low.
