Working at this job has been a valuable experience for me both personally and professionally. The work environment is positive, and I’ve learned how important teamwork, communication, and responsibility are in a fast-paced setting. Management does a good job of keeping employees informed and helping when needed, which makes the job easier and less stressful. I also appreciate the opportunity to build new skills and gain experience that can help me in future career opportunities. The coworkers are supportive and easy to work with, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the workday. While every job has challenges, this position has helped me become more patient, disciplined, and confident in handling different situations. Overall, I would recommend this workplace to others looking for experience, growth, and a steady job environment. The warden promotes based off personal relationship, not professional accomplishments or suitability for the job. The captains, one in particular, has no respect for those she supervises. She was investigated and allowed to stay and continue the same behavior. Detention Officers are injured doing drills
