      Pros

      Thought a start up can train me on projects since the volume is low and am used to fast paced environment

      Cons

      This company is Korean, headquarters in Seoul. The Palo Alto office is not diverse mainly Asian which is fine. The culture is very close minded and lots of gossip. If you speak it bothers people so it's a very quiet non collaborative environment. The Recruiting team is a mess with no process in place. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The most boring job I have ever had and I come from really good companies. I would never refer anyone to Coupang. They have a lot of work to do to make this company desirable .

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits getting a lot better, resilient culture, fast paced, exposure to global teams, career movement and ability to take full ownership w support of my mgrs.

      Cons

      Pace of change creates ambiguity but here for it: can only make me better. Various time zones tough when having family but my mgr works w me. Success here requires resilience, adaptability, and consistent execution. Not for many. Join only if you can run with it.

      Competitive salary and good office space.

      Cons

      Bad work-life balance. Expect to work most evening (almost up to midnight). Lack if long-term strategy. Company seems to have stayed in start-up mode with constantly changing focus
