The tutors have no basic right. They can be kicked out of the website anytime for any reason. Sometimes you spend hours of time to solve and provide explanations. But once students obtain the solutions they just report the solution as not helpful and the tutor gets paid nothing. Tutor stays silent because if he/she says something he/she will be kicked out of the platform right away. It is basically place where they take advantage of people abroad because it is still relatively good pay for them compared to the local jobs.
