We are constantly iterating and making sure we are creating plans that are sustainable, aligned with advancing technology, and creating value. This does require being strategic, adaptable, and proactive.
Cons
- Our highly collaborative environment does often lead to more meetings and sometimes more bureaucracy. - We have lean teams here, which means there is a lot of opportunity to make an impact and develop your career, but you also have to take the initiative. That can be hard when there is a lot to do across the board, and you are not prioritizing ruthlessly.
