      Exceptional pay, great colleagues, a mission you can believe in.

      Cons

      The CEO is a buffoon. He is kind but all over the map. The leadership was a joke. They started initiatives that made no sense, had us pivot to new projects on a dime with not even close to enough time or resources to achieve the goal. My manager had no idea what she was doing overseeing a team working on things she had no experience in.

      Pros

      The people were pretty nice and there was a work-life balance.

      Cons

      Although this company sits at the forefront of edtech, behind the scenes they are unorganized. Lack of tools to extract data, to make work impactful and putting bandaids over challenges, rather than having the difficult conversations.
