Cascading information/process for offsite employees should be standardize or automated

Management is open to new ideas, fairly innovative and embraces the changing culture, global company, friendly colleagues, cross functioning team. A lot of the employees are very helpful and friendly from day 1, and the management are open to ideas and opinions from the get-go too, no opinions are too small or too new.

Sometimes the expectation is a bit too far for new products; some new products feels very one dimensional and can only fit a certain type of demographics/business model. Strict travel budget at times for those who travel quite often.
