I have been working at CrimsonLogic full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company under the new management is doing their best to transit into becoming a great company to work for. Although there are still some places where the mark is still short, you can tell that the new management team is doing what they can do ensure that they remain connected to the people in order to effect changes.

Furthermore, in some cases, you can genuinely feel that the company cares about what is going on and as evident from their open door policy, employees are encouraged to approach management to talk about any issues.

New initiatives are set up to ensure development quality across the company as well as exploring new technologies to incorporate into future projects.

Has many initiatives, events and programs to encourage employees to interact outside of work.

    Cons

There are still some budding problems, as in all transitioning companies. Overseas delivery centres may not be up to the standards of the Singapore teams. The different teams within the company may have varying standards.

    Advice to Management

Make the work place a more fun place to interact in both in and out of work. Drill into different teams to listen, observe and find out issues that are still present and make a visible and conscious effort to rid these issues and to effect after-care to ensure these issues do not surface anymore.

Need to synchronize efforts and technology within the company to more efficiently make use of resources.
