Pros

A global org, it's filled with people around the world who have amazing faith and in many places overseas the things that made this ministry grow: risk and belief if trying new and innovative ways to reach people are still happening.

Cons

As a global org, the us side has been unfortunately been influenced by modern hr practices. Safety and HR policy has replaced speed and risk. The ministry is in decline and it's upper leadership are shielded from it's decline.

Pros

There are many pros to working with Cru. Great people and great teams doing great work in the lives of students at the campuses where they serve. You really get to know fellow coworkers well, and feel connected doing ministry together. You also get to witness firsthand what God is doing. Cru also provides good support and flexibility for needs - whether it be mental health considerations, having children, or needing help on the job. There is also great training provided for the role.

Cons

Support raising can be challenging, even with support and training. National seems to be a little disconnected from campus teams at times.
