People are working hard to develop you. But like any big organization, it really boils down to how great or terrible your local leader is. Flexible benefits, great work/life balance (unless you're terrible at managing such things yourself)

Cons

Pros

There are many pros to working with Cru. Great people and great teams doing great work in the lives of students at the campuses where they serve. You really get to know fellow coworkers well, and feel connected doing ministry together. You also get to witness firsthand what God is doing. Cru also provides good support and flexibility for needs - whether it be mental health considerations, having children, or needing help on the job. There is also great training provided for the role.

Cons

Support raising can be challenging, even with support and training. National seems to be a little disconnected from campus teams at times.
