      Pros

      Being able to work on multiple games at one studio is a plus if they let you. Strong tech support.

      Cons

      Disrespectful upper management. Verbally abusive upper management. Very little care for art passion and artist growth. Deceitful tactics to keep employees underpaid and working long hours with no incentives or overtime pay. Jack Emmert is the most disrespectful CEO I have ever encountered.

      Everyone there was great to work with. Company management tries its best to stay connected with employees and tries to keep them informed.

      Job security was very rocky

      Pros

      Cryptic use to be a great company to work for, but after Embracer gutted the company, there were few left.

      Cons

      A lot of great talent was replace or let go.
