I absolutely love the people here. The culture is outstanding. The leadership and upper management truly care about their people. The training is extremely thorough. I love the approach of the company to truly help people, whether it be in servicing our members, community involvement and philanthropy , or just hearing from my managers on my days off to see how I'm doing. It's refreshing to be in an environment with a lot of positive and encouraging people that make it more like a family atmosphere. We have weekly meetings on Thursday's where we get to win things like TV's, iPads, cash drawings..etc. Overall, this agency has honestly changed my life. It has shown me strength I never knew I had, it has given me the opportunity to truly make a difference in other peoples lives, and I have grown so much as a person.... And it's nice to be recognized for your hard work!! That's definitely something management understands!!! We have weekly recognition meetings and every person has an equal opportunity to get into management ... It's based off results rather than favoritism or "having to know someone" .... And the best part..... It truly is an unlimited opportunity, with AMAZING compensation!!!!
Cons
If you don't have a good work ethic .... Don't waste your time. Honestly you have to truly want to help people to do well at this...if you don't like working with people or helping people this wouldn't be for you. The training is very rigorous but definitely worth it.
