Pros

Causual dress. Will bond with sales team members.

Cons

Management talks to you like a child. Micromanaging, and condescending. "Anonymous" surveys will stay that way IF you rate them well. If you do not you will hear about it. New bonus structure, if you miss hitting any mark you do not get a bonus. The salary is okay but low. Management thinks it is competitive. Do not speak up if you do not like something. They have a simple solution, they fire you. It is very cult like and you can tell those who "drank the kool-aid." It borders on creepy. Back to micromanaging, anything you do will be monitored and questioned. It is glorified retail. Mandatory OT. You have to maintain an almost psychotic level of happiness in all interactions, whether talking to a co-worker or on phone. It is incredibly fake and the customers know. You can get MOD's for making mistakes which affects your pay even if the company is acting like it doesn't, they love to assume we are morons. Do not practice common sense and just Do anything. we all must talk to everyone and determine it is okay. Get everything in writing. There is nowhere to advance to. Part of your pay is snacks and lunch on Thursday.

Pros

Good benefits and diversity initiative at the time.

Cons

The company lied about what the job was. A "community building local representative" for their brick and mortar stores ended up just being a cold calling job and taking incoming calls for other stores. No room to move up. The management was the worst I ever worked for. Weird rules where they signed the lease, including someone having to stay in the store in inclement dangerous weather. Most of the "old school" employees I came into contact with drank the Kool Aid in a weird way that left no room for criticism. I left in 2022 and have been watching the rating here fall for all the years since. Could have been a great company but I wouldn't ever give them my energy now, as an employee or customer.
