But don’t let the flip flops fool you, we work hard for our customers and for our teammates. Another great thing about Custom Ink is we make sure we do our research and benchmark ourselves against the market and the competition. That doesn’t mean we will always provide the highest salaries, but we feel really good about the combination of our base, commission, and benefits program for our sales roles. We also review it every year to make sure we remain competitive. Unfortunately, turnover does happen.
