It’s the reason why we use guidelines rather than policies, each individual’s circumstance and work is unique. On decision making, our teams have the ability to make decisions independently to continually improve. For technical direction, teams can make the decisions that ensure we meet the needs of their team, the larger technology team, and the business at large.
