No one is saying anything about it so I will. Upcoming acquisition leaves many doubts and the company in process of acquiring CyberArk has worse benefits. It is currently unknown how this will be handled long term CyberArk is demanding return to office in 2025 for all employees within a 35 mile radius of the office. It doesn't matter if you were hired for a remote only role or have a two hour commute to the office from Beverly. The new CEO has made his stance very clear. Either get with it or get out. No room for nuance or upholding of established values here. Listed job postings are still advertising fully remote positions in the Newton, MA area. Are we planning to bait and switch new applicants too? Certainly some erosion of trust that the company will do right by the employee.
